Non-Guided Group Visits

Student groups K – 12 can enjoy the Crocker Art Museum at their own pace on a scheduled group visit. Most groups allow 2-3 hours for exploration. Students must be accompanied by chaperones throughout the visit.

• Available afternoons, Wednesday – Sunday.
• No time limit during Museum hours.
• Groups of 8 or more are eligible. One adult chaperone per eight students required.
• $5 per student. $3 per students of Title 1 schools.
• Free for required chaperones, $10 per additional adult.
• Entire group must pay together in a single transaction prior to visit or at Admission desk upon arrival.
• Three-week advance registration required. Groups without reservations may be accommodated if availability permits but will be charged standard admission rates.
