Are you or is someone you know homeschooling their students? Check out the Crocker Art Museum’s Homeschool Days on second Tuesdays, and enjoy a museum field trip full of art and exploration!
Centered around a different theme every month, Homeschool Days provide students and their families with a unique experience that is both educational and entertaining.
Activities include spotlight gallery talks with trained guides and docents, plus a corresponding, interactive art-making component.
Art projects range from landscape painting, stenciling techniques, Impressionist-style painting, and more; there is a different project to fit every theme, so students can explore a new subject with each visit.
"This program provides a welcoming atmosphere for students to explore the Museum."
Mallorie Marsh,
Associate Director of Education
All Homeschool Days are drop-in and self-guided, so students and their families can go at their own pace.
Register online and drop-in between 12 and 2 PM during Homeschool Days for your own unique museum adventure!
