The Journey of Hope exhibition pairs Sacramento County artists and writers to share real-life stories of living with mental health challenges portrayed through art. By working together, writers and artists provide stories of hope and recovery to give others insight, inspiration, understanding, strength, connection and heightened awareness about mental health challenges. Journey of Hope is brought to you by the "Mental Illness: It’s not always what you think" Project.
