Frank Wheeler

Frank Wheeler has lived in the Sacramento area for over 50 years, and has served on a number of manufacturing industry boards and currently serves as treasurer for the Carmichael Colony Neighborhood Association. Frank founded Municipal Maintenance Equipment in Sacramento in 1992, which has grown to include four locations throughout California, providing clean streets, clean water, and safe workplace environments.
Frank also enjoys and appreciates art, visiting galleries and museums, and loves to travel and eat amazing food! His family, including wife Helen and sons James and Tim are his proudest accomplishments.
