Ken Light (American, born 1951)

Ken Light is a professor at the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of Califorinia, Berkeley and director of its Center for Photography. His work, much of which focuses on social issues, has been published widely, including in several books. This photograph of three brothers appeared in Light’s book To The Promised Land (1988), which documents the lives of migrant farm workers and their families.
